1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hahapk ("hahapk", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at hahapk.net ("Platform", "Site", "Service").

hahapk is an internationally licensed online gaming and sports betting platform offering casino games, live dealer tables, slots, fishing games, and sports wagering to eligible players. By accessing or using any part of the hahapk Platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the hahapk Platform and close your account by contacting our support team via the 24/7 live chat facility available on site.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the hahapk Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Service:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. hahapk strictly prohibits use of the Platform by minors. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of a third party or commercial entity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly and unambiguously prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or affiliate of hahapk or any of its group companies, game suppliers, or payment processors, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have a self-exclusion or cooling-off period currently active on your hahapk account or on any account registered under your identity.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of hahapk services you are required to register a player account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual player may hold only one active hahapk account. Registration of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, email, phone number, CNIC number, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering your account, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hahapk login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. hahapk will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Notification of Unauthorised Access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify hahapk immediately via live chat support so that your account can be secured without delay.
• KYC Verification: hahapk may require you to submit identity verification documents — including a copy of your Pakistani CNIC, proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal request. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) requirement mandated under international anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations.

hahapk reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the hahapk Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Methods: hahapk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, GrabPay, standard bank transfer, and cash deposit at participating locations. Accepted methods may change at any time and the current list will be reflected on the Platform.
• Minimum Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The current minimum deposit thresholds are displayed on the cashier page within your hahapk account.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Standard processing times apply and vary by payment method. hahapk targets same-day processing for verified accounts, though actual settlement times depend on the receiving institution.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that legitimately belong to you. Deposits made using funds belonging to third parties, funds derived from illegal activity, or funds subject to a chargeback risk are strictly prohibited.
• No Fees on Standard Transactions: hahapk does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g. JazzCash, your bank) may apply its own service charges, for which hahapk bears no responsibility.
• Chargeback Policy: Any player who initiates a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with their payment provider after making a deposit at hahapk will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation. If the chargeback is found to be fraudulent or unjustified, hahapk reserves the right to pursue recovery of the disputed amount through all available legal means.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

hahapk offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically stated in days from the date of issue. Bonuses not utilised within the stated period will be automatically removed from your account balance without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, only one active bonus may be held or used at any time.
• Eligibility: Bonus eligibility may be restricted based on the player's country, payment method used for the qualifying deposit, or previous bonus history. hahapk reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Abuse Prevention: hahapk monitors all accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-variance bets to clear wagering requirements, collusion with other players to complete bonus conditions, or exploiting technical errors. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses cancelled and may be permanently closed.
• No Cash Alternative: Bonuses have no cash equivalent and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Specific promotion terms — including the exact wagering multiplier, qualifying games, minimum deposit, and expiry date — are published alongside each individual promotion on the hahapk Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

6. Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all casino games, live dealer games, slots, and fishing titles available on the hahapk Platform:

• All games offered on hahapk use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Results are random, unbiased, and not influenced by any external party, including hahapk itself.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent long-term theoretical return rates and do not guarantee results in any individual session or time period.
• In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, the game round will be treated as void and the stake returned to the player's account. hahapk's decision on malfunction matters is final.
• Players are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable before commencing play. hahapk is not liable for losses arising from disconnection caused by the player's own connectivity issues.
• Bets placed and confirmed in a game round are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player once the round has commenced.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The hahapk sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL), international cricket tours, UFC, football, and other markets. The following terms apply to all sports betting activity:

• Odds: All odds are displayed in decimal format and are quoted in PKR. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond a specified period, or if the market is suspended due to a data integrity issue. Void bet stakes are returned to the player's account.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds. hahapk reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Maximum Payout: Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting market. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be capped at the maximum payout amount.
• Error Odds: In the event that odds are published at a clearly erroneous level due to a system error, hahapk reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous odds and return stakes to players.
• PSL & Cricket: For PSL and international cricket markets, official match results as declared by the relevant cricket governing body (PCB or ICC) shall be the definitive result for settlement purposes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hahapk Platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended and may be permanently banned without prior notice:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the Platform software for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the hahapk Platform.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual during account registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one hahapk account under any circumstances.
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation services to circumvent geographical or account restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward hahapk staff or other players via any communication channel.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the hahapk Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, layout, and the hahapk brand name and logo — is the exclusive property of hahapk or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from hahapk.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software.
• Create derivative works based on any hahapk content or branding.
• Use the hahapk name, logo, or branding for any commercial purpose without express written authorisation.

10. Privacy & Data

hahapk collects, processes, and stores personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read alongside these Terms.

By registering an account on hahapk, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data — including your name, CNIC details, contact information, payment data, and gaming activity — for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and marketing communications (where you have opted in to receive such communications).

hahapk implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data, including 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions and access controls limiting internal data access on a need-to-know basis.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hahapk's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hahapk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of enjoyment, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if hahapk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

hahapk does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do, however, endeavour to maintain 99.9% uptime and will notify players of scheduled maintenance wherever practicable.

12. Responsible Gaming

hahapk is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. We believe that gambling should be an entertaining leisure activity, not a source of financial distress. In line with this commitment:

• hahapk provides all registered players with access to responsible gaming tools directly from their account dashboard, including daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders; loss limits; cooling-off periods; and full self-exclusion.
• Players who activate a self-exclusion on their hahapk account will be prevented from logging in, depositing, or wagering for the duration of the exclusion period chosen.
• hahapk staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling behaviour and may proactively reach out to players whose activity suggests potential harm.

13. Suspension & Termination

hahapk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Provision of false or misleading account information.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Request by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon account closure, any verified funds remaining in your account balance (net of any bonus amounts not yet cleared through wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding investigations.

14. Amendments to These Terms

hahapk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, hahapk will notify registered players by email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the hahapk Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hahapk holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Before escalating any dispute to formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact hahapk's customer support team in the first instance. hahapk commits to investigating all complaints promptly and fairly, with an initial response provided within 48 hours of receipt.

If a complaint cannot be resolved directly with hahapk, you may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body or regulatory authority associated with hahapk's international gaming licence.
